Can I edit or cancel my order?
You can request changes within 12 hours of ordering by contacting us through our Contact page. After that, your order goes into production and can no longer be changed or canceled.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the number of items. Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout once you enter your address.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are made to order. Production takes 2-5 business days, and delivery takes an additional 7-15 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking to update in the carrier's system.

Because items are made to order, we accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. The exact posting time depends on your bank or payment provider.
